The story behind M. Manzo Construction all began here in beautiful Santa Barbara. Martin Manzo, our founder, and president began working from the bottom with some of the top contractors in the city in the early 1990s, in wherein only a matter of time he fast became one of the finest craftsmen in town. Realizing the potential he had within himself, he decided to take the leap and venture off on his own and create his own business. Thus in 1999, M. Manzo Construction, Inc. was born. Having worked in Santa Barbara his entire life, Martin quickly picked up on the high quality of work that is expected around town. With an eye for the smallest of details, he has set the bar for the level of work expected in the city of Santa Barbara. Today, those very skills, that have been picked up throughout the years, have led us to the continuing expansion and growth of our business.
